Workplace Woes: Employment Standards & How to deal with them.

Core of Knowledge: Business Operations (ARF)(RCFE)

Course Description: With new laws coming out every year and the importance of being Cal-OSHA compliant, this course will refresh and update any learner on the laws governing labor and wages, workplace violence, mandated reporting requirements, as well as alleviating burnout.

This is a 10-hour course via Live-Stream. Each session begins at 8am, ends at 6:30pm with a 30-minute lunch and 10-minute breaks relatively every hour but not held to.

Late policy

If a student is less than 30 minutes late for the start of the class on day one, then the student may make up the 30 minutes after the class with the instructor. If a student is returning more than 10 minutes late from breaks or lunch, they will need to repeat the day in another ICTP course corresponding with the same day that time was missed. If a student misses a day of the course, the student has 90 days to make up that particular day, otherwise they will need to repeat the course in its entirety.
