Barbi Cooley
Barbi grew up inside her grandmother's residential care home where the ladies became nannies to her and her sister. Once her grandmother retired, Barbi owned and operated the home for an additional 20 years meanwhile raising her family. Since the closing of the home in 2015, she has been inspiring leaders through teaching and sharing her experiences. Barbi radiates as she pours into her students.
Mel Llapitan
Mel has 26+ years of experience in the Assisted Living Industry. He formerly owned and operated RCFE facilities and consulted with other communities about deficiencies and citations. In addition, he has been contracted to open a variety of RCFEs, ARFs, ADHCs, ADPs, and nursing homes. He has ten years of experience educating and leading administrators for assisted living facilities.
Ray Lau
Ray has been a skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Administrator for the past 20+ years. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with you. He is the first to say he believes in quality healthcare, meanwhile, making it possible at the same time to operate a profitable business. He looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact by inspiring his students at UCampus Group.

Adult Resident Facility ICTP
ARF Initial Certification Course
Looking to get certified as an Adult Resident Facility Administrator? This 35-hour online training session is the prerequisite to take in order to sign up for the California certification exam.
VIEW ARF COURSE DATESResidential Care for the Elderly ICTP
RCFE Initial Certification
This is an 80-hour training program for individuals who are seeking to get certified in California as an administrator in Residential Care for the Elderly. This course must be taken within 60 days of taking your certification exam.
